Day 1

• 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast at the Hotel

  • Complimentary made-to-order buffet breakfast at Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter

• 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM – Mix & Mingle

  • Icebreaker activities to help everyone connect, share memories, and have fun.

• 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM – Paint with a Twist

  • Unleash your creativity during this guided painting session. Perfect for all skill levels, this family-friendly activity offers a fun and relaxed environment where everyone can create their own masterpiece to take home. 

• 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM – Scene 75 - 75 Ways to Play 

  • Enjoy a variety of interactive games, arcades, go-karting, and more at Scene 75 Entertainment Center.

• 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM – Check-In & T-Shirt Distribution

  • Get your family reunion T-shirt.  Take family photos and reminisce.

Day 3 

Sunday, July 19, 2026 - Reflection & Farewells

• 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM – Worship Service

  • Gather for a family worship service at a local church to reflect and give thanks for the time together.

• 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM – National Underground Railroad Freedom Center 

  • Explore the rich history of Cincinnati with a visit to the Underground Railroad sites.

• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM – Final Meeting at the Hotel

  • A family gathering to reflect on the weekend, share memories, and say your farewells.

  • Final announcements, prize drawings, and thank-you's.

  • Vote for our next Family Reunion venue

• 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM – Family hors d'oeuvres

  • Enjoy a farewell at the hotel or wherever you choose to wrap up the weekend before heading home.
